Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services on our enterprise infrastructure. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control are excluded from uptime calculations.
Services are billed based on the plan and billing cycle selected. Payment is due in advance for the chosen period. Automatic renewal is enabled by default but can be disabled from your account dashboard. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor Razorpay.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting services. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refunds beyond 30 days are at our discretion and subject to review.
While we perform regular backups of server data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, DDoS protection, and firewall protection. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and recommend you maintain independent backups of critical data.
Our services may integrate with third-party providers for enhanced functionality, including payment processors (Razorpay), content delivery networks, email services, and domain registrars. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or availability.
In no event shall StellarX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before permanent deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
